Shipping and returns

IS PERSONAL COLLECTION OR DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
Artwork may be collected personally in London. Please make contact if this is your preferred method.
If very local to me I am happy to personally deliver your artwork. Please make contact at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the piece and the destination that it is being posted to. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please enter your destination for the shipping cost to be calculated and display.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer shipping to the UK, as well as internationally. However, international shipping may incur extra costs and charges, in particular if you live in a restricted location, and may take much longer to arrive depending on where you are in the world. Please message me with details of the artwork you are interested in and I can let you know shipping options and whether I ship to your destination location. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 7 days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed. Orders placed after on weekends and holidays may take an extra business day to process. Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.
WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
For UK I ship using Royal Mail. This means you can expect delivery in around 3-5 working days after postage.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK
I use Royal Mail to ship products outside of the UK. Your package may take up to 15 working days days to arrive.
Please note - Shipments outside the UK to overseas destinations may incur import duties and taxes according to the law of the country of destination. I am not able to accept responsibility for any duties or taxes levied by the country of destination. Additional charges are at the customer’s expense entirely. No responsibility for additional charges will be accepted by me and I have no control over these.
I’VE LOST MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL / I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake. If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
I use a the PayPal payment system; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase. No debit and/or credit card details are stored.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 7 business days in Belgium or longer than 14 business days within Europe then please contact us at email@example.com and we will be able to help.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT’S INCORRECT OR DAMAGED
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of it.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been posted. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will be able to help from there.

I'VE BOUGHT MY PAINTING AND I DON'T LIKE IT?
I want you to enjoy your painting. If for some reason it is not right I offer a return/buy back system.
Within 14 days contact me by email (email@example.com) and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, please arrange packing and delivery return using the same service it was sent to you with. When the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 working days.
WHAT IF MY NEW ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?
All artwork pieces are packed and wrapped as carefully as possible. If damage has occurred during transit please contact me by email as soon as possible or at least within 7 days. Please send photographs of any damage.
Unfortunately, I am unable to currently offer a refund and/or return on any product sent outside of the United Kingdom.
