I’ve bought my painting and I don’t like it?
I want you to enjoy your painting. If for some reason it is not right I offer a return/buy back system.
Within 14 days contact me by email (wendyhueart@btinternet.com) and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, please arrange packing and delivery return using the same service it was sent to you with. When the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 working days.
If my new artwork arrives damaged?
All artwork pieces are packed and wrapped as carefully as possible. If damage has occurred during transit please contact me by email as soon as possible or at least within 7 days. Please send photographs of any damage.
Overseas and/or international Returns
Unfortunately, I am unable to currently offer a refund and/or return on any product sent outside of the United Kingdom.
Once you have made your purchase, your original piece/s of art will be packed and shipped within 7 working days. If there is any variation on this you will be notified in the first instance.
The cost of shipping a piece depends on the weight of the piece and the destination that it is being posted to. Please enter your destination at the checkout for the shipping cost to be calculated and display.
If you live in London and can collect your purchase
Artwork may be collected personally in London. Please make contact if this is your preferred method.
If very local to me I am happy to personally deliver your artwork. Again, please make contact.
International Shipping
This can be arranged, but will incur an extra cost, in particular if you live in a restricted location, and take much longer to arrive depending on where you are in the world. Please message me with details of the artwork you are interested in and I can let you know shipping options.
Additionally, shipments outside the UK to overseas destinations may incur import duties and taxes according to the law of the country of destination. Additional charges are at the customer’s expense entirely. No responsibility for additional charges will be accepted by me and I have no control over these.
